Q. I am trying to register for an account as a Data Entry user on ICU DCS. I have completed the registration process. Why has my account not been authorised yet?

Your ICU Local Administrator is responsible for authorising all non- ICU Local Administrator user accounts for your organisation. Please email iccqip.surveillance@ukhsa.gov.uk if your organisation does not have an ICU Local Administrator setup on the DCS or if you are unaware of who your ICU Local Administrator is.
